This model is mounted on a mahogany board finished in rubbed effect varnish. The model is built at a scale of 1/2" = 1'. This boat is a custom modification of the standard Hood designed Hinckley 43. The original owner wanted the boat to be a yawl, so 2 feet were added to the transom. Consequently, the model is just over 22.5 inches long. I was unable to get drawings for this boat, so I drew my own lines from pictures.
