This model is a Cape Dory 30. The model is approximately 22.5" long. It is mounted on a mahogany mount finished in satin varnish. All wood trim on this model is gloss varnished teak. I drew the lines for this model based on pictures and a copy of another set of lines for an Alberg designed boat.
Here is a stern view of the model showing the cockpit detail. You can the bronze Lewmar winch on the Spartan Marine bronze winch platform. Also note the detail in the pedestal and wheel
Here is the mid-ships detail picture showing the cabin top detail such as the companionway slide and storm hood, cabin top hatches, chimney for the cabin heater, main traveller, staysail track and bronze ports.
This picture shows the bow detail including the sprit and bobstay, anchor chain plates, support for the staysail boom, mooring cleat and the bow chock.
