This model is a Cape Dory 25D. The model is approximately 25" long. This model is a bit unusual since it is a left facing or port side model. It is mounted on mahogany finished in gloss varnish. All wood trim on this model is teak finished in Cetol. I drew the lines for this model based on pictures and a copy of another set of lines for an Alberg designed boat.
Here is a stern view of the model showing the cockpit detail. You can see the stainless Andersen 28ST winch on the Spartan Marine bronze winch platform. Note the detail on the tiller and cabin house mounted Datamarine instruments. All wood is teak finished in Cetol Marine.
Here is the mid-ships detail picture showing the cabin top detail such as the companionway slide and storm hood, cabin top hatch, staysail track recessed into the deck and bronze ports.
This picture shows the bow detail including the Bruce anchor, anchor locker, bronze chocks and anchor roller and hawse pipe. Note that the anchor chain is led to the a scuttle on the starboard side of anchor locker hatch.
